BAMA confirms speakers for Innovation Day 2026 with new segment spotlighting tomorrow’s innovators

The British Aerosol Manufacturers’ Association has revealed its Innovation Day speaker lineup for 2026. The event, sponsored by contract and aerosol manufacturer, JagoPro, will be held on Wednesday 15th April at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds.

JagoPro’s Jagoda Kondziałka, Commercial Director, Ewa Kubis-Jarzec, Research and Development Director and Patrycja Prząda, R&D Innovation & Project Team Lead will open the speaker sessions.

JagoPro CEO, Joanna Jaśko says: “The Innovation Day is always a pleasure for us to participate in at JagoPro. This year, we’re looking forward to opening the programme by highlighting how as an industrial and technical organisation, we have exceeded traditional market boundaries and established a business environment where women are not only well represented but take a leading role in driving meaningful impact.”
Other sessions feature a host of different topics; from developments in product filling technology, reducing emissions with gamification, and transforming factory performance, to data-driven design, digital innovation for aluminium and tinplate aerosols, a low-carbon alternative to traditional aerosol propellants, and lightweight actuators that reduce plastic waste.

University students take to the stage at this year’s event

There’s an exciting new addition to this year’s Innovation Day too. Students from the Leeds Beckett University School of Business Studies will be on stage to showcase their ideas. Having been set the challenge by BAMA to: ‘explore the innovation landscape of the aerosol sector to identify, justify and propose an innovative idea to enhance competitiveness, resilience and sustainability’ the students’ ideas will be presented to event attendees who will vote for a winning proposal on the day.
BAMA Chief Executive, Patrick Heskins says: “It’s important that we embrace and inspire the next generation of aerosol packaging professionals. Their perspectives and lived experiences offer a unique outlook which every innovation journey benefits from. I can think of no better platform than the Innovation Day where our industry comes together to exchange and celebrate new approaches and ideas."

Future of Aerosols: Futures & Foresight Workshop – 16th April

Following the Innovation Day, on Thursday 16th April, BAMA members are invited to join an exclusive workshop at the Royal Armouries venue in Leeds.  The Future of Aerosols Workshop will be delivered by BAMA’s long-term academic partner of the association, The Retail Institute. The interactive sessions will adopt a learning methodology aimed to help organisations and individuals anticipate, prepare for, and influence future industry developments. Participation is limited to one representative per company.
